Muscle Milk Pro Vanilla’s total lack of fiber seems to work towards the intended purpose; unlike Orgain Protein Powder, I don’t find myself constantly regurgitating afterwards. However, the portion recommended (aka 2 scoops / 82g) is a tad much. That much powder fills my Starbucks mug to the point that melting it with hot water becomes tough.
I find myself regularly giving myself half the serving instead. IMHO, that’s enough. Muscle Milk comes with 50g of protein per serving. 50g / 2 = 25g which is still more than Orgain’s 21g.
PS: instead of drinking both powders every day, I alternate between Muscle Milk and Vitality Proteins
