Knees felt unusually sore by the end of my hourlong October TCHS class. I was super relieved when I got back to the A/V booth and finally got to sit again. Here are my guesses on why:
- Wore socks instead of shoes all morning. That meant my feet had less arch support and padding.
- Did 12min on the Concept2 rowing machine the previous day. Also did some of the PT knee exercises. That could have put my knees in the wrong position.
- Body spent most its energy fighting thick blockage. Knees might not have fully recovered from previous week’s activities.
- Poor sleeping posture.
It could be a combination of several of the above, but I want to place the blame primarily on socks and thick blockage. Hopefully it is not the Concept2; if that’s the case, then that $1000 investment truly was a waste.
