On Tuesday, I bussed to Sunnyvale MP1 to try out the Brokaw connector shuttle, which runs every 30min from 7am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm. My shuttle was supposed to arrive at 8:55, but got delayed until 9:09. By the time I arrived at Brokaw B, it was 9:24.
The ride itself was smooth. Checking my records, the total time on transit was about the same compared to VTA 25/60: Google = 45min + 15min, VTA = 16min + 43min. However, having the final connector of the route go directly to your building sure is nice; last I checked, VTA 60 makes 25 stops before arriving at the Brokaw & 1st dropoff point.
Anyway, I was pleased with my experience. If I ever have to go to Brokaw regularly, I’d definitely integrate it into my commute.
