On Thanksgiving day, my plan was to skip lunch to make room for hot pot dinner. Instead, I ended up eating too much. For lunch, I had: 1 char siu bao, 1 plate of pork + chicken + potatos + baby corn + wood ears, 1 bag of roasted chestnuts, 2 kiwis, 2 bottles of Perrier soda water, 6 Oreos, a 20oz bottle of Sprite, and a 22oz strawberry milk tea from TP Tea.

The items were slowly offered to me one-by-one by friends and family; sadly, I lacked the self-control to refuse. Using MyFitnessPal to help approximate, the total number of calories combined easily exceeds my daily limit of 2,000.

To counter my overeating, I walked 10.65 miles. The next day, my limbs were certainly sore, but all that walking helped and I weighed in at merely 143lbs. That’s certainly on the high side for my personal goal of 137lbs, but still within range.

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
