This time, my legs have been mighty slow when it comes to recovery. Even a week after switching away from my worn Skechers, my legs continued to feel slightly sore. Going on longer walks became more challenging; even a round trip to Trader Joe’s was not all that easy.

I began racking my mind for possible reasons.

Was it the new Puma shoes? Was it because I walked too much during my recovery? Was it because my left shoulder’s off position was sucking away all my energy? Was it because my raised bed head put too much stress on my legs?

Eventually I went with none of the above. I decided to blame chest soft blockage. This is the type of blockage that often occurs when I eat foods like fish or fruits. The foods fail to flow past my chest and put it into a state similar to over wet.

Lately I did eat a ton of fish. (Thanks to my mom’s Weee! purchase.) Plus, the symptoms match. The slow muscle recovery would explain a lot; my chest and extremities have also been feeling much chillier & drier.

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
