I had my eyes checked at the De Anza Vision Center on Wednesday. Not much has changed this past year. My left eye has gotten slightly worse, but not enough to warrant a new pair of glasses. I thought about buying blue light filtering computer lenses, but it turns out that my current pair of Prodesign Denmark already has that feature built-in.

Anyhow, my biggest takeaway from this visit was a pair of tips on how to deal with eye dryness. The two methods suggested by Dr Joo were eye drops (w/Refresh Relieva) and 10min heat compress 2+ times a day (w/Bruder). Out of laziness, I’m probably going to stick with the eye drops unless things get really bad.

In other news, the primary complaint I have about our new Samodra bidet is that its installation process filled our hallway bathroom with plastic dust. All that dust came from the grinding down of the toilet seat. The extra inch added by the Samodra made our toilet seat no longer able to fit under the counter so the grinding was necessary.

Anyway, the dust got into everything. Even after my mom scrubbed down the bathroom, little particles could still be found everywhere. Whether these particles are harmful or not is up in the air (haha, get it?), but to be safe I changed or rinsed heavily all of my bathroom gear that was exposed (aka electric toothbrush head, soap bars, Nasopure bottle, mouthwash lids).

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
