In order to treat my current bodily malfunction, I’ve decided to focus on food blockage. As evidenced by the Korean tofu fiasco of 2022, food blockage can remain for quite some time. I’ll be sure to follow all my self-proclaimed diet rules strictly: eat smaller meals, stay away from certain items, stop eating by 4pm, etc.

I will do my best to induce good bowel movements by drinking aloe vera juice / using a Sitz bath and to help my throat / esophagus relax with diltiazem. (No more cheating on the wait time before / after the pills!) Lastly, I will also try to do more standing, which seems to help with digestion.

Part of me kinda wants to get things over and done with. That would require purposefully overindulging on food and then regurgitating it all out, a process that can get very dirty (and sometimes isn’t even all that effective). As a concession, I will allow myself to get to my “overwet” state at times; doing so should make it easier to dislodge whatever’s blocking.

Anyway, I’ve curious what got stuck this time. Nearly a week after, I still vomit out black, oily pieces from time to time. I don’t remember eating anything that menacing on Wednesday; perhaps the extra stress from my EPAM interview caused things to stick the wrong way.

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
