I’ve been going to bed without a pillow and waking halfway through the night to find one behind my head. The pillow is usually my Posturepedic, but the Sagino (aka what I’ve been using to prop my legs) has ended there multiple times. What makes this freaky is the fact that on most nights, I don’t remember making the change.

Putting a pillow behind my head seems like something my dad would do after treating a grand mal seizure. I double-checked with him; he confirmed that I’ve been seizure-free since the 1st of May and that he is not responsible for the recent pillow changes.

Anyway, I used the AutoSleep records to investigate further. Monday, June the 6th gave a good example to look at. That day, I remember waking up at 4:30am to find the Posturepedic pillow behind my head. I did not recall, but the records showed that I indeed was up at 2am as well.

The most plausible explanation I can think of is sleep walking. If that really is the case, it’s an unwelcome new development; there is already so much I have to deal with at night. On the flip side, sleep walking may actually be a good thing. Doing so means that I get out of bed, which in turn could lessen the amount of seizures occurring.

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
