Out of curiosity, I tried out Jack-in-the-Box’s Snoop Dogg Munchie Meal. Funny thing, the experience was very similar to my taste test of McDonald’s 1400cal Big Breakfast. Not long after ordering, I discovered the meal was merely a combination of other menu items: spicy chicken burger, taco, curly fries, brownie, plus a soft drink. Without the drink, that combo totals 600 + 190 + 430 + 210 = 1430 calories.

If I tried real hard, I could’ve finished everything, but I decided to leave half the curly fries and half the burger bun. Even so, on the walk home I still regurgitated tons, like I did after Super Chix. However, the combination of caffeine and going into “over wet” mode made me feel alert + energized. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, but due to its spicy + oily + fried nature, I’m not going to order the Snoop Dogg Munchie again.

Anyway, the meal reminded me of a potential benefit of over wet mode. Keeping all my meals light (aka ~350cal) does not prevent food blockage from slowly forming. Eating less at a time makes clearing that blockage more difficult. Sipping hot water helps, but sometimes not enough. (Extra tough blockage is likely the reason why I had a daytime attack on Sunday.)

Forcing my body to use a coping mechanism isn’t ideal, but over wet mode could possibly help me regurgitate extra tough blockage. It shouldn’t be hard to trigger with a large bowl of noodle soup or a big burger w/soda; one immediate downside that comes to mind is that the crash afterwards makes me very tired.
