The combination I’ve been using the most at night is my contour neck pillow with the bed head barely raised and the Sagino cotton pillow under the knees. It is fairly comfortable, even though the contour neck is on the plus side. (Tempur-Pedic’s guide recommends 4” for my shoulder width; the one I have is closer to 5” in height.)

However, my left shoulder has been out-of-place. It’s probably not the fault of the contour pillow, but I’ve started looking for other options. Most recently, I’ve tried out ComfortFit + barely raised 1-inch below dresser and Posturepedic + 10%.

On a sleep related note, the Sleep Cycle has been working. However, one thing I realize is that in order to use Sleep Cycle properly, I have to break my bad habit of constantly checking the time while in bed. I also should continue my practice of getting up and out of bed if I wake up after 6. (I’m tempted to wait for the alarm, but doing so counteracts the purpose of Sleep Cycle and makes it more likely for me to wake in deep sleep.)

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
