On Tuesday, I filled out a NOW Foods customer support form complaining about the oil leaks in their Adam Superior Men’s Multi’s I bought. On Thursday, they replied via email. The oil leaks in their pills is a known problem that has affected many customers. The customer service rep (“Thara”) that replied suggested going through the Amazon return system and seeing if I could get a refund / replacement through there.
I bought the pills in March, so my Amazon return time window has long expired. In order to get a faster response, I called Thara’s phone number listed in the email response. I was unable to reach Thara directly, but the person on the line was a great help. They told me to send them a screenshot of my Amazon receipt and promised to issue me a refund check.
PS: believe it or not, I was told that I should still be able to eat the pills, even if they were leaking.
