Here are some revised thoughts on Mucinex:

Mucus Gathering. On 7/27, I felt relief after taking a Mucinex. However, after its 4-hour time window expired, I noticed I still had plenty of mucus in my throat. The remaining mucus may be stronger / more concentrated than before since it’s given time to gather. I had to turn to hot water clearing to be safe.

Mucinex at Night. Taking Mucinex in the middle of the night may be ineffective. The drug thins out the mucus, but doesn’t remove it. Until I vomit it out, the mucus remains in my system. If mucus gathering strength is really the case, a Mucinex at night could cause even more haziness / confusion in the mornings.

Difficulty Regurgitating (5/6/23). Even if this was the case, it should not be an issue. As long as I restrict myself to soft foods, I should mainly be dealing with mucus.

Unholy Seep (5/6/23). Probably not the case. If mucus gathering is true, I would’ve started the day confused due to the stronger mucus in my throat. Furthermore, if you look at the list of foods I ate on the morning of 4/30, nearly all of them are mucus-inducing as well. That would explain why I felt so tired and suffered so many CPS seizures that day.
