Hiked the Stephen E. Abbors trail (previously known as the PG&E) with my dad. We started from one of the parking lots of Rancho San Antonio and finished the entire loop.

By the time I reached the rest area at the peak, my legs were super tired. A CLIF peanut butter energy bar + 20oz of water soothed things. After fifteen minutes of sitting, I was ready to make the trek down.
Believe it or not, my dad managed to get in even more exercise afterwards. Against the recommendation of my mom, he biked to his 2:30pm dentist appointment (near the Sunnyvale Costco) instead of driving.
