I survived the heatwave! That’s no small feat considering how in some parts of the world, these were the hottest days ever recorded. As a result, I have a much better idea what to do with my pajama tops. On the hot 100°F+ days, I went to bed without my LOMON pink fleece sherpa. Almost every night, I woke up halfway with my chest feeling cold. For warmth, I grabbed a huggable pillow, allowing me to sleep ’til morning.

From this experience, I’ve learned how to deal with the heat. On hot nights (my current estimated cutoff is 58°F or higher), I’ll go to sleep without the fleece. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll either put the fleece on or rely on a huggable pillow, depending on my mood.

On a related note, putting on the fleece reminded me of how it also helps my shoulders. The thickness of the fleece creates extra padding between my arm and my chest. That puts my shoulders in a better position, making them feel more comfortable.

PS: perhaps a rib brace or even a tanktop could do the same job as the fleece

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
