Thanks to my brother joining us for Stranger Things (and Ms Marvel), I’ve been watching a LOT of TV in the garage. Luckily, I’ve found a comfortable position that allows me to lie relatively flat. Previously, lying down on the garage couch coerced my neck into a bad posture. Not only was it uncomfortable, often it would escalate into CPS spells.

This new position seems to be safe. I’ve used it for multiple two-hour sessions without suffering any confusion seizures. Furthermore, it is quite comfortable. Similar to my go-to living room couch position, it leaves me feeling refreshed.

So how does it work? Basically, it consists of the couch back seat cushion with a slightly angled pillow perched on top. Pictures speak louder than words, so I’ll let a photo do the talking:

As for downsides, I’m still in the honeymoon phase so I can’t name many. I suppose the biggest one is that it is a little too flat. Finding a nice place to put my legs can also be a (small) hassle.

Hi everybody. I like food, Broadway showtunes, Pokemon and LEGOs. Oh, and I also do a bit of programming occasionally.
